Open Plan Offices

Studio I offers a stunning open plan office space with fantastic views of the grounds. The space was once a dormitory block for the former St Mary’s Teacher Training College but the old dividing walls and ceiling have been taken down to form a bright modern office. The original exposed beams provide an original feature to the modern office space which together with traditionally designed ‘Windsor’ radiators give a modern office in harmony with it’s Historic setting.

The office, located on the first floor, offers new toilets and shower facilities as well as a small kitchen area. Studio I will have six staff parking spaces and two visitor parking spaces in the beautiful historic grounds.

The mature grounds offer a tranquil setting within five minutes of the city centre. The Ground Floor which was originally part of the Old Refectory and which had been used as Warden Accommodation by Newcastle University for the last 23 years has been converted into 750 sq. ft of modern offices. A long term tenant of Fenham Hall Studios already occupying the adjacent building leapt at the chance to extend into the newly refurbished space so this was pre-let prior to the works commencing.

Naylors have been appointed for the letting of the newly converted offices. James Fletcher of Naylors said “It is quite rare to have newly converted Listed Buildings come on the market of this standard and quality. We have already had interest and the property was only completed this month. Dean Clark of Naylors who handles Fenham Hall Studios surveys and inspections on a regular basis said ” This is almost Grade A space, certainly Grade B plus.”
