We’re very happy to welcome a new tenant into the Fenham Hall Studios fold recently, with Green Square Accord joining us in the final throes of 2021. Green Square Group is an organisation dedicated to investing in local community care homes, building affordable housing and improving care and support services countrywide and we’re very proud that they have chosen to locate regional offices with us at FHS.
Their newly appointed CFO, Jo Makinson has recently said, “ …(this is) a moment when, post-pandemic, a good home, with the right care and support where it’s needed, has never been more important”, a sentiment we strongly agree with.
Following this addition, Fenham Hall Studios occupancy in the social care and education sector is now 75% of the available office space – the remainder being occupied by Bio Research and Financial Services. It would be an understatement to say that during the current global social well-being and healthcare crisis, for such a large percentage of our tenants to be playing such an important role in making the world a better place, makes us feel incredibly privileged.
